Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire engineering teams to drive technical excellence.
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Oversee system design, data structures, and algorithm implementation.
• Manage engineering workflows using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in a product or services company.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and Redis.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Solid grasp of object-oriented design and complexity analysis.
• Experience with distributed systems and communication protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
