Description

You will lead product engineering teams and manage complex technical projects within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive estimation, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on finalized action items.
• Maintain scrum boards and manage sprint assignments using Jira.
• Manage client relationships and direct people management activities.
• Oversee product development cycles using agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT product engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Deep understanding of Microservices and product development technologies.
• Expertise in project management and client handling.
• Proficiency in Agile processes and Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint management.
• Strong professional communication skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
