You will lead and grow the software engineering team, driving technical excellence and overseeing the delivery of scalable web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach software engineers across Frontend, Backend, and Quality to drive professional growth.
• Provide technical oversight, ensuring sound architectural decisions for frontend (ReactJS, Node.js) and backend (Java, distributed systems).
• Oversee end-to-end feature delivery, translating product requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Champion Agile/Scrum processes and maintain quality standards across all team deliverables.
• Contribute to the broader engineering strategy and identify opportunities for process automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Strong technical acumen in modern web development, including ReactJS and Java/J2EE.
• Practical experience with Node.js and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and coding standards adherence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
