Lead engineering teams and oversee scalable backend architectures and full-stack delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams through one-on-ones and career development pathways.
• Design and oversee robust backend architectures, full-stack solutions, and technology decision-making.
• Partner with product management, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless project delivery across agile and waterfall initiatives.
• Manage medium to large-scale development initiatives, including complex release cycles and deployment strategies.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, quality standards, and development practices while mitigating technical risks.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in backend architecture and full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and Node.js for full-stack delivery.
• Experience with React for frontend integration.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD, release management, and containerized environments.
• Proven people management experience, including team leadership and performance development.
• Experience with performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services and architecture patterns.
