Description

Lead a team of software engineers and oversee the full lifecycle of cloud-native feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality, cloud-native software features in an Agile environment.
• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy into technical execution plans, balancing delivery and technical debt.
• Drive design decisions with architects, promoting modular and maintainable system architecture.
• Champion best practices in coding standards, test automation, CI/CD, and release management.
• Manage team performance, career growth, and conduct regular 1:1s and reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Engineering Manager or Team Lead role.
• Strong background in backend development using Java or Golang.
• Experience building and delivering cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency working within Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience driving engineering best practices and quality metrics.
• Experience managing team development and performance.
