Description

Lead the Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) team within the Cloud Security platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing agile team through hiring and establishing engineering practices.
• Define, evangelize, and maintain the long-term strategy and vision for DSPM.
• Establish R&D priorities to manage development timelines and product delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and solution architects to deliver product solutions.
• Mentor team members to help them reach their professional potential.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 8+ people in an enterprise-level SaaS organization.
• Proven experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• Deep understanding of the Cloud Security ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience working effectively with both local and remote teams across different time zones.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical requirements and positioning to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term delivery objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Machine Learning or LLM.
