Description

You will lead engineering efforts to deliver scalable, secure solutions hosted on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap and ensure solution scalability and security.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams including Developers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.
• Manage project plans and SDLC processes across all development phases.
• Design complex, performant software systems and recommend process improvements.
• Establish security controls compliant with SOC2, GDPR, and ISO standards to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, or C/C++.
• Experience managing teams of 10-15 members.
• Deep familiarity with software development life cycle processes.
• Strong background in project management methodologies.
• Proven experience designing complex, scalable software systems.
• Knowledge of IT security standards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO).
