Description

Lead the Machine Learning team in India to build and scale solutions for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop machine learning engineers to deliver consistent value.
• Research, design, and build scalable machine learning workflows and architectures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders on strategic planning and cross-functional solutions.
• Perform code and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Conduct deep dive analysis to optimize product KPIs and design A/B experiments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience with hands-on design and implementation of ML models.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Scikit-learn, Pandas), R, or MATLAB.
• Strong experience with SQL for extracting large datasets and designing ETL flows.
• Expertise in applying statistics, modeling, and machine learning to solve business problems.
• Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into business recommendations.
• Experience working in inter-disciplinary and cross-functional environments.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data platforms including Spark and AWS.
• Background in the Advertising technology industry.
