Description

Lead engineering and scrum teams to design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI/ML models and system applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and scrum teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Design and develop optimized data pipelines for batch and real-time data processing.
• Implement AI/ML models including classification, clustering, and regression for anomaly detection.
• Develop and document technical specifications while analyzing system processing flows.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and joins when processing large-scale datasets.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of software development experience with leadership of engineering teams.
• 4+ years of experience in statistics and end-to-end ML engineering.
• Expertise in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Hive, and PySpark dataframes.
• Proficiency in Hadoop and Spark architecture.
• Experience with UNIX shell scripting.
• 2+ years of experience designing solutions using Kafka streams or queues.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as HBase, Couchbase, or MongoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP or AWS.
• Experience building microservices and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of the financial reporting ecosystem.
