Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the ML Platform engineering team while promoting technical excellence and ownership.
• Own the architecture and roadmap for ML platforms covering training, deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
• Design and implement scalable MLOps solutions to support end-to-end machine learning workflows.
• Drive platform reliability, performance optimization, security, and cost efficiency across ML environments.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical discussions, and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams.
• Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and cloud teams for successful solution delivery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for ML deployment workflows.
• Champion cloud-native and Kubernetes-based infrastructure best practices.
• Ensure monitoring, observability, and operational excellence for ML systems in production.
• Support continuous platform improvement and innovation initiatives.

Experience Required:

• 10 - 14 years of overall experience with 3 - 4+ years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Manager role.
• Strong experience in end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management including training, deployment, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps platform engineering and infrastructure design.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes-based platforms for large-scale ML workloads.
• Strong experience with Amazon SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines for ML operations.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams with exposure to hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, automation practices, and scalable system design.
• Experience with data platforms, monitoring frameworks, and production-grade ML environments is preferred.
