Description

You will lead the mobile engineering team to deliver next-generation iOS and Android applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile engineering team in building and delivering scalable iOS and Android solutions.
• Set the technical vision and manage architectural decisions for high-quality software.
• Drive execution of delivery timelines for MVPs and full product launches.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and establish realistic technical plans.
• Manage onshore and offshore development partners to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4+ years in a leadership role managing mobile development teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of iOS and Android app development.
• Proven experience with React for frontend development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex technical projects (MVP and full launches).
• Strong experience implementing and managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture.
• Experience managing integrations with Backend For Frontend (BFF) architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of total working experience in software engineering.
