Description

You will lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products through technical leadership and agile execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and Scrum ceremonies to ensure successful team execution.
• Own production issues, coordinate bug fixes, and implement preventive measures to improve product reliability.
• Oversee testing, QA, and adherence to industry standards to maintain product quality.
• Provide technical guidance on solution design, best practices, and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to align development with business goals.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in engineering management roles.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience with hands-on coding proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Program Management and Release Management for large-scale software development.
• Proven success in managing large, complex, global technical initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP CloudRun and App Engine deployment.
• Experience in multi-team, cross-geographical product delivery.
