Description

You lead a development team through the full SDLC, from design and implementation to testing and support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development team and oversee product design, planning, and implementation.
• Own technical change management, source code control, and technical documentation.
• Provide architecture guidance on solution design, scaling, security, and performance.
• Run Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
• Coordinate product development stages and manage project scope changes and contingency plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and leadership.
• Hands-on expertise with C# and MVC frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL DB and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Graph databases, RDF Triple Store, OWL, and Graph query language optimization.
• Deep understanding of data structures, database performance, and data retrieval.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and n-tier environments.
• Experience with SOLR, NLP techniques, and high-volume web application environments.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and full SDLC management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud computing, distributed computing, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Ontologies, similarity search, and logic.
