Description

You will lead a data engineering POD to deliver transformation projects and align technical outputs with customer vision.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project deliverables and milestones by managing scope and dependencies.
• Direct the POD team to ensure tasks and stories are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with customer teams to implement required architectural changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide periodic updates on open items and issues.
• Partner with data consumers to define and improve data quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering team management and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Scala, and Hadoop.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end data pipelines and streaming APIs.
• Experience with Azure Stack, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure Purview, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of Spark and Cassandra.
• Experience leading teams focused on data visualization, specifically PowerBI.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
