Description

You will lead multiple Scrum teams and oversee the delivery quality of technical projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage two or more Scrum teams with at least 10 developers.
• Collaborate with Client Solution Architects to drive technical decision-making.
• Coach and mentor Technical Leads and engineers to promote clean, well-crafted code.
• Drive productivity improvements through the implementation of new tools and process changes.
• Report project status and delivery commitments directly to client leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of real-time project experience.
• Backend expertise in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Experience building RESTful Services and messaging system integrations.
• Proficiency with Mockito for unit testing.
• Frontend experience with ReactJS or Angular.
• Database management using MySQL or other relational databases.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or similar providers.
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ developers.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
