Lead the engineering team and define the technical direction for products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap and architecture.
• Manage the engineering team by setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
• Implement strategies to ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and customer support to align development with market needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, including 6+ years of hands-on software development.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Golang, Java, or Python3.
• Experience with databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, or DynamoDB.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.js.
• Proven experience in building scalable products.
• Experience in technical leadership and recruiting high-performing engineers.
• Ability to align technology vision with business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing engineering budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
