Description

You will lead a data and software engineering team, partnering with product management to deliver technology solutions that support strategic goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to plan releases and address technical, performance, and security needs.
• Lead and oversee the team’s engineering processes, delivery, and prioritization.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on roadmaps, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Define scope, effort, and technical approach for team initiatives while ensuring strong system architecture and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate, deploy, and operate services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience with large-scale, growing systems.
• 5+ years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in preparation and development of reports, briefings, and other technical documents.
• Proficiency in Python and Django.
• Experience with PySpark and ETL processes.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on contribution with team leadership.
