Description

Lead the syllabus engineering team to design, deliver, and maintain data and software solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to plan releases and address technical, performance, and security needs.
• Lead and oversee the team’s engineering processes, delivery, and priorities.
• Define scope, effort, and technical approach for team initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to integrate, deploy, and operate services.
• Ensure strong system architecture, reliability, monitoring, and on-call practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience with large-scale, growing systems.
• 5+ years of experience examining and re-engineering operations, formulating goals, and implementing new strategies.
• 5+ years of experience preparing reports, briefings, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, PySpark, ETL, and SQL.
