Responsibilities

• Manage engineering teams, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Lead features from initial design through to implementation.
• Report on team performance, project milestones, and progress to stakeholders.
• Implement engineering methodologies and uphold best practices in processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure WebJobs, App Services, and Service Bus.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and automating infrastructure and build processes.
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Proficiency with Angular.js.
• Strong object-oriented approach and a defensive coding mindset.
• Knowledge of OWASP security standards.
• Commitment to shared responsibility for QA and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in DevOps automation and infrastructure.
