You will lead software product development efforts across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture, development, testing, and release processes.
- Manage and mentor global engineering squads.
- Own the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct thorough code reviews.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in management.
- Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot for building microservices.
- Proficiency with backend technologies including Node, Python, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Database experience with Postgres, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
