Description

Lead software product development across distributed teams, owning the full software development life cycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture, development, testing, and release processes for global engineering squads.
• Manage and mentor distributed teams to ensure delivery quality and timeline adherence.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Own the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience, including 2+ years in management.
• Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Proficiency with backend technologies including Node, Python, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
• Database experience with Postgres, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading remote or distributed engineering teams.
