Lead multiple software engineering teams to deliver enterprise applications while defining engineering strategy and managing technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams, overseeing coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business objectives, driving architecture discussions for scalable solutions.
• Develop technology roadmaps balancing business priorities with technical debt and risk mitigation.
• Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and release schedules.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years managing software engineering teams, including budget and project management.
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise application development and large-scale software projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Technical roadmap planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in software quality, reliability, and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and containerized applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Knowledge of security, governance, compliance frameworks, and data-driven engineering metrics.
