Description

Lead a team of 5-8 engineers owning the technical direction and release pipeline for user management services.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions and tech stack evolution, including the migration from monolithic applications.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment processes to ensure high software quality.
• Conduct 1-1s, mentoring, and coaching to support career growth and team performance.
• Manage resource allocation, hiring, and cross-team coordination with sales and product lines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering with proven leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with React, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Hibernate and GitHub.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and engineering best practices.
• Ability to manage strategic product positioning and resource allocation.
