Description

Lead a team of 5-8 engineers to own the technical direction and delivery of user management and platform services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction, including architectural choices and tech stack decisions.
• Manage the transition of functionality from a monolithic application to a modern tech stack.
• Direct resource allocation, development workflows, and product positioning.
• Drive CI/CD processes with a focus on software quality.
• Lead people management duties including 1-1s, mentoring, coaching, and hiring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with React and Hibernate.
• Hands-on familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using GitHub and GitHub Co-Pilot.
• Strong knowledge of product engineering and architectural design.

• Any Graduate degree.
