Description

Lead a team of 5-8 engineers responsible for user management and platform services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction, including architectural choices and tech stack decisions.
• Oversee the migration of functionality from a monolithic application to a modern stack.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment processes with a focus on software quality.
• Manage resource allocation, development workflows, and product positioning.
• Conduct 1-1s, mentoring, and coaching to support team growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or leadership roles.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with React and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Co-Pilot.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and engineering best practices.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, marketing, and other product lines.
