Description

You will lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable enterprise systems, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management and Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile/Scrum pods, tracking delivery health, operational performance, and technical tradeoffs.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, serving as a trusted technical coach.
• Design and maintain cloud-native microservices and REST APIs on AWS.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
• Drive engineering efficiency by integrating AI-powered development tools into daily workflows.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with proven people management responsibility.
• Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Frontend proficiency in React, TypeScript, Angular, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience designing microservices and cloud-native development on AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or CloudBees.
• Deep understanding of scalability, performance, resiliency, and security patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
