Description

Manage privacy compliance and engineering programs focused on data lifecycle and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance requirements via monitoring, driving adherence and remediation for non-compliance.
• Conduct information gathering interviews and discovery to capture necessary technical data.
• Analyze ASE data and execute continuous compliance activities, including metadata analysis, schema tagging, data retention checks, and access control.
• Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
• Manage documentation for PIA, LIA, and ROPA, and lead the annual End of Life (EOL) process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management or engineering management.
• Proven experience as a Privacy Analyst or in data privacy roles.
• Deep understanding of the Data Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with End of Life (EOL) processes.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Project Management and privacy compliance.
• Proficiency with PIA, LIA, and ROPA documentation.
