You will manage engineering projects within an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Coordinate project workflows, defining requirements and tracking progress.
• Communicate project status, risks, and requirements effectively across technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira or Trello for task tracking and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP certification.
• PMP certification.
