Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations for engineering teams, overseeing collaboration between engineers, designers, and manufacturers.
• Review project proposals and supervise budgeting and cost analysis.
• Ensure all project work adheres to established safety guidelines.
• Analyze supplier scope, work products, and follow-through to maintain quality, compliance, and schedule.
• Partner with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to develop and test prototype hardware.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in engineering project management.
• Deep understanding of electronics and mechanical hardware.
• Knowledge of system, analog, and digital fundamentals within the aero domain.
• Experience managing the development and testing of prototype hardware.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Experience with budget supervision and cost analysis.
• Proven track record in supplier scope and quality compliance management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
