Description

You will manage agile teams through iterative delivery cycles to ensure product quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and coach team members on agile practices to foster self-organizing teams.
• Bridge communication between product owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Refine team processes and drive the adoption of agile tools and methodologies.
• Track sprint metrics, burndown charts, and velocity trends to drive data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and technical project management.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
