Description

Manage verification and validation activities for vehicle features and regulations to ensure all requirements meet quality, delivery, cost, and feature targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize V&V activities to ensure full coverage of components, systems, and functions.
• Manage incoming test requests using risk management approaches and define test plan prioritization.
• Identify required resources, including simulation, rig testing, and test trucks, to execute V&V plans.
• Lead feature reviews and report fulfillment, verification, and validation status to project teams.
• Contribute to project documentation, including requirement specifications, risk registers, and lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Risk Analysis.
• Experience with FMEA.
• Knowledge of QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature) management.
• Ability to manage project time plans across levels 1-3.
• Familiarity with FMVSS/CMVSS regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
