You will manage the end-to-end execution and performance of assigned engineering work packages and products.
Responsibilities
Execute work packages by monitoring schedules, KPIs, and earned value management to ensure scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Lead development reviews, including engineering, industrialization, and service reviews, while providing technical expertise during MER, IDR, and customer milestones.
Manage project change control, including change requests, decisions, implementation files, and the establishment of new baselines.
Coordinate with internal functions, external customers, and suppliers to resolve critical issues and drive consensus on project strategies.
Drive on-quality delivery by monitoring functional analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and design review steps.
Manage project closure activities, including team ramp-downs, lessons learned (RETEX), budget closure, and archiving project documentation.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in project management within an engineering environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule management.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) to assess project progress.
Ability to manage technical risks, opportunities, and project reserves.
Knowledge of managing DMC, NRC, and RC status and change approval processes.
Experience leading technical design reviews and managing compliance with customer specifications.
Ability to implement visual management techniques and rituals to track progress.
