You manage the full lifecycle of technical hiring for engineering roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute cold calling strategies to engage passive technical talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and technical background.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to final selection.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new technical hires.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Proficiency in cold calling and candidate outreach.
• Experience with interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Direct experience managing the onboarding lifecycle.
• Technical background or degree in B.Tech (IT/EC/CS), M.Tech, or BCA.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification.
