You manage the full recruitment lifecycle to identify, engage, and hire technical talent for engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, and diverse networking channels.
• Assess technical and professional skills via resume screening and phone interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and industry networks to meet hiring goals.
• Negotiate wages and employment terms with successful candidates.
• Implement talent acquisition strategies and gather market intelligence to support business growth.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of recruiting experience within IT or Engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and closing technical talent.
• Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience sourcing via job boards and online tools.
• Strong negotiation and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Capacity to work flexible hours on short notice when required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
