You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized engineering roles within the US staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet candidates for technical engineering positions.
• Conduct technical screenings to ensure alignment with specific engineering requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process including interviewing and onboarding.
• Execute cold calling strategies to build talent pipelines for niche technical roles.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience recruiting for engineering positions.
• Technical understanding of Embedded, Electrical, Hardware, and System Engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting for Verification and Validation engineers.
• Knowledge of VLSI requirements for Semiconductor, Automotive, Medical Devices, Aerospace, and Defense sectors.
• Proficiency in Cold Calling, Human Resources, Interviewing, and Onboarding.
• Ability to join immediately.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, or CS degree.
