Description

You will lead the testing and validation of 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN components within a private 5G network environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing and validation for network functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF, S-GW, P-GW, MME, PCF, PCRF, DNS, CGNAT, e-PDG, CUPS architecture, CSCF, TAS, SBC, and MGCF.
• Develop and oversee execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts for 4G, 5G, and RAN data and voice services.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with network engineers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure integration with northbound BSS, provisioning systems, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS Core services.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to junior testing engineers.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in testing and validation of 3G, 4G, and 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN networks.
• Deep understanding of 3G/4G/5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN architecture, protocols, and standards.
• Expertise in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies and Functional Test Planning.
• Proficiency with testing tools and technologies from leading OEMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in network testing or related areas.
