Description

Lead testing and validation for 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN components in private network environments.

You will manage the full testing lifecycle for network functions including AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, NSSF, S-GW, P-GW, MME, PCF, PCRF, DNS, CGNAT, e-PDG, CUPS, CSCF, TAS, SBC, and MGCF.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee execution of test plans, cases, and scripts for 4G, 5G, and RAN data and voice services.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with network engineers and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure integration with northbound BSS, provisioning systems, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS Core services.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to junior testing engineers.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in testing and validation of 3G, 4G, and 5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN networks.
• Deep understanding of 3G/4G/5G Core, IMS Core, and RAN architecture, protocols, and standards.
• Expertise in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies and Functional Test Planning.
• Proficiency with testing tools and technologies from leading OEMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in network testing or related areas.
