Description

You will lead the support and implementation of engineering software systems within the Department.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Department’s Engineering Document Management system using Bentley ProjectWise.
• Support Bentley ProjectWise Deliverables Management for internal and external electronic file exchanges.
• Develop and conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation.
• Document and revise business processes to align with software requirements and best practices.
• Investigate emerging engineering technologies and provide implementation recommendations to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within an Architectural or Engineering environment.
• 5+ years of experience using the MS Office suite.
• 2+ years of experience developing technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience providing day-to-day user support.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience using or supporting Bentley ProjectWise.
• 2+ years of experience developing training materials and conducting sessions.
• 2+ years of experience in customer support.
