Description

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technical staff while providing direct electrical engineering support for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles including scoping, specifying, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Direct station power distribution (2400V and below), back-up generators, and electrical/communications systems.
• Provide DCS/SCADA support and maintain AutoCAD electrical and pneumatic prints.
• Train and mentor new engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee contractor work, create Lock Out – Tag Out procedures, and assist Operations & Maintenance with troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with standard computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Project Management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, GIS, Eclipse, Cority, DCS, and SCADA.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of prior supervisory and project management experience.
• Professional Engineering license.
• Experience in industrial, chemical, petroleum, or power generation facilities within regulated industries.
• Knowledge of regulatory codes including Title 49 CFR 192/193, PSC 135, API, ASTM, and MSS.
