Description

Lead maintenance operations for an 800,000-square-foot distribution center, overseeing teams and capital projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10-12 associates and provide indirect oversight for 12-14 contract employees.
• Administer work order scheduling, control systems, and storeroom inventory management.
• Manage capital projects for engineering and other business units.
• Support safety and environmental compliance while managing inclement weather preparedness.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years leading facilities maintenance teams in manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical and electronic devices.
• Technical expertise in general plant maintenance, HVAC, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems.
• Experience specifying, selecting, and purchasing parts and equipment for production machinery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in project/process management, continuous process improvement, and quality control.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Physical ability to stand, walk, work long hours, and occasionally lift up to 40lbs.
