Lead engineering teams and drive technical delivery of AI solutions on cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to support professional growth and performance.
• Drive engineering transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies to improve scalability and speed.
• Own system design and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including testing and operational stability.
• Lead development and deployment of AI solutions, specifically agentic AI and prompt engineering, on GCP.
• Manage stakeholders with clear communication and ensure alignment between Product and Engineering.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with significant leadership roles.
• Strong background in Java-based system design, architecture, and development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based solutions, including agentic AI.
• Expertise in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation for scalable systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to UI, software tooling, and data tooling enhancements.
• Background in driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
