Description

You will lead R&D engineers and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices.
• Oversee AI PoC and full application development from architecture design to production deployment.
• Convert experimental AI models into production-ready solutions by optimizing for scalability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and project roadmaps.
• Manage concurrent R&D projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development.
• 4+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in design patterns, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in Git version control.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or AI.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Django.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
