Engineering Technical Lead

You will lead a team of R&D engineers and AI specialists to deliver end-to-end AI-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers and AI specialists, providing technical guidance and ensuring industry best practices.
• Oversee the development of AI PoCs and full E2E applications, from architecture design to production deployment.
• Convert experimental AI models into production-ready solutions by optimizing for scalability and performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and project roadmaps.
• Manage multiple concurrent R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery and regular stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience deploying and scaling applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency with software development practices, including design patterns, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in version control using Git.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or AI.
• Ability to apply machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, or Django.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
