Maintain and optimize PC hardware and software systems in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, repair, and troubleshoot PC systems and hardware components.
• Install and remove PC parts and run industry-standard benchmarks.
• Manage application installations and Windows OS configurations.
• Research and gather information to resolve structured technical problems.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in PC hardware and systems.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with PC component installation and removal.
• Strong troubleshooting and configuring skills for PC systems.
• Ability to run and analyze industry-standard PC benchmarks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic software scripting experience.
• Python knowledge for process automation.
