Description

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues involving motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with motors, sensors, PLCs, and control systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Lead or participate in equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with GMP standards, safety regulations, and facility operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or food manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with PLCs and HMIs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Experience using electrical diagnostic tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Effective communication and recordkeeping abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel between production sites as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Technical certification or associate degree.
