Description

You will perform hands-on technical assembly, maintenance, and testing of aerospace hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, wire harnessing, and soldering tasks.
• Apply epoxy bonding and polymeric applications to spaceflight hardware.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and repair Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE).
• Execute test scripts within Maestro and AstroRT environments.
• Maintain work areas compliant with ESD, FOD, and 5S standards.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Mechanical or Manufacturing Technician.
• Hands-on experience with aerospace equipment, harness build, and soldering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Knowledge of electrical measurements (AC/DC, resistance) and voltage circuitry troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with clean room operations and spacecraft handling protocols.
• Experience utilizing Solumina MES, TipQA, and Windchill.
• Ability to lift and position objects up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working flexible shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shift schedules.
