Description

Perform laboratory research, development, and testing for medical device projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments, make detailed observations, and analyze data.
• Maintain medical device lab equipment and manage supply inventory levels.
• Write experimental reports, summaries, and protocols; maintain experiment records.
• Perform limited troubleshooting and calibration of instruments.
• Complete routine assembly, product performance testing, and software script testing.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with basic lab equipment including oscilloscopes, meters, and analytical balances.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and specifications.
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong computer experience with Microsoft tools and statistical software.
• Basic science and/or math skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical or electrical background.
• 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience, or engineering intern experience.
