Description

You will support product development through hands-on testing, disassembly, and fabrication in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble competitor and client products for technical evaluation and functional testing.
• Perform tests, record analyses, and report results to the engineering team.
• Assist with product fabrication and test setup procedures.
• Collaborate with systems programmers to evaluate functionalities and develop new parameters.
• Maintain lab equipment, manage sample storage, and perform equipment recalibration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in engineering or technical roles.
• Experience building and disassembling small products.
• Proficiency with basic power tools for prototyping and fabrication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and detailed testing tasks.
• Associate degree or Technical School Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with CAD.
• Prototyping experience.
