You will maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing and facilities equipment to ensure operational standards.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on all manufacturing and facilities equipment.
Supervise equipment upgrades and modifications to maintain functional and aesthetic standards.
Manage small-scale equipment and facility projects, including contractor supervision for electrical and plumbing work.
Execute equipment startup, supports, calibration, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Lead FMΕAs for equipment upgrades or obsolescence and utilize Root Cause Analysis for problem-solving.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians in troubleshooting techniques.
Required Skills
3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering disciplines, or a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment and processes.
Knowledge of engineering principles and common commercial components.
Working knowledge of engineering standards, safety codes, and facility infrastructure such as boilers and compressors.
Experience with PLC systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
