Description

You will maintain and repair semiconductor process equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will install, calibrate, and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime. You will monitor equipment performance, inspect for defects, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians. You will maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and generate periodic reports. You will manage service part inventory to ensure adequate repair stock. You will provide training to junior technicians and basic instruction to customers.

Required Skills

• 0-2 years of electromechanical work experience (field service or semiconductor equipment).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full suits, masks, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Visual acuity for inspecting small defects, using measurement devices, and operating machines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and travel up to 30% within the US and occasionally overseas.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, chemicals, and lasers.
